摘 要:回采工作面初采期瓦斯涌出不均衡,易出现瓦斯超限现象。针对新源煤矿近距离煤层群开采、瓦斯涌出量大等特点,提出了小角度高位钻孔抽采治理初采期瓦斯的方法;2219工作面应用实践表明,初采期内,小角度高位钻孔抽采瓦斯纯量最高5.25m3/min,瓦斯抽采率64.02%,回风流瓦斯浓度最高为0.32%,上隅角最高瓦斯浓度0.96%,未出现瓦斯超限现象,取得了很好的初采期瓦斯治理效果。The gas emission is imbalance at mining face during initial mining period,the phenomenon of gas exceeding the limit is easy to occur.According to the characteristic of Xinyuan Coal Mine is that the amount of gas emission is large in the process of closed distance coal seam group mining,the method is proposed that the small angle high-level borehole extraction to control the gas in early mining stage.The application practice of 2219 working face shows that the amount of pure gas extraction is up to 5.25 m3/ min,the gas extraction rate is 64.02%,the highest gas concentration of return air is 0.32%,and the highest gas concentration in upper corner is 0.96% during initial mining period,the phenomenon of gas exceed-limit does not appear,this method has achieved effective gas control effect in the early mining stage.
