煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故动作原因中的操作研究

摘　　要：动作原因是导致煤矿瓦斯事故发生的主要原因,其中违章操作占不安全动作的71%。根据操作对象的不同,将操作分为了9大类:放炮、检查瓦斯、操作电气设备、操作局部通风机、操作通风设施、操作主要通风机、维护巷道、使用矿灯和其他,其中与放炮、检查瓦斯和操作电气设备相关的违章操作较多。根据煤矿规程,将各类操作分解成若干子操作,并结合2001-2009年间发生的201起重特大瓦斯事故分析,将违章子操作进行了归纳重组和统计,找出了每个子操作过程中容易出现的具体不安全动作,培训煤矿员工这些具体的违章操作,可提高员工自我控制和预防事故能力。Unsafe acts are the main causes of gas explosion accidents in coal mines,and the illegal operations account for 71% of unsafe acts.Based on different operation objects,the operations are divided into nine kinds,such as blasting,checking gas,operating electrical equipment,operating the local fans,operating ventilation equipment,operating main fan,roadway maintenance,using mine lamp and others.Among these,there are more illegal operations related to blasting,checking gas and operating electrical equipment.According to rules of coal mine and 201 cases of major gas explosion accidents from the year 2001 to 2009,the operations can be divided into several sub-operations.After induction,recombination and statistics,the specific unsafe acts are found out during each sub-operation.Workers can improve the abilities of self-control and preventing accidents by the specific illegal operation trainings.
