摘　　要：本文研究了一种卫星通信手持设备在防水处理、键盘装配、电磁兼容等工艺过程中存在的问题，重点分析了产生这些问题的原因，并有针对性地进行了相应的工艺方法改进。经试验验证，所做的改进措施有效，完全满足了设备整机的技术要求。The paper studies the existing problems of a handheld satellite commtmication device in the production technology such as waterproof processing, keyboard assembly and electromagnetic compatibility. It analyses specifically the causes of these problems, and makes improvement on relevant technological process. The test shows that the improvement measures are effective and fully meet the technical requirements of the equipment.
