摘 要:在真空预压过程中,真空度通过排水板向淤泥中传递,为了探究淤泥中真空度的传递和分布规律及其对真空固结处理效果的影响,进行相关室内模型试验的研究,试验用泥为泰州引江河17号排泥场的低液限黏土,施加的真空压力为100kPa,初始含水率为两倍液限.结果表明,淤泥中真空度沿排水板径向呈衰减趋势,在抽真空245h后,距离排水板3cm处的测点的真空度最大,达到55kPa,7cm和12cm处两个测点的真空度读数依次减小.加固后土体径向强度分布曲线具有类似规律,且径向强度分布曲线的拐点与径向真空度分布曲线的拐点相近,可以认为淤泥中真空荷载的传递与分布规律和真空预压的加固效果具有联系,试验从淤泥中径向真空荷载的传递与分布规律中探究传统真空预压技术处理高含水率疏浚泥时出现的排水板周边的"土桩"的主要成因.During the vacuum preloading process,the vacuum transfers into the dredged fill via physical Vapor Deposition(PVD).Therefore,this study aims at exploring the transfer law of vacuum pressure into the soil and its influence on the vacuum consolidation.The applied vacuum pressure is 100 kPa,the initial water content is 2times the liquid limit and the soil is taken from the mud field#17of the river project in Taizhou.As a result,the vacuum shows a decreasing tendency along the radial direction during the vacuum preloading process.After 245 hours,the measured vacuum in the distance of 3cm from the PVD reaches 55 kPa,and the vacuums in the distances of 7cm and 12 cm decrease accordingly.Vane strength along the radial after vacuum preloading has a similar rule;and the inflection point of each curve are almost at the same position,which proves the transfer and distribution rule of vacuum in the mud is closely connected with the consolidation effect of vacuum preloading.This study explores the main reason of the formation of"soil pile"around PVD,via the transfer and distribution rule of vacuum in the mud.
