灰色聚类分析法在投标决策中的应用

摘　　要：灰色聚类分析法是一种模糊优选理论方法,该方法可应用于投标决策,较单纯的层次分析简捷、直观,同时也不需要大量的样本进行统计分析.本文研究了运用灰色聚类分析法进行地质灾害防治工程投标项目优选决策,建立了地质灾害防治工程灰色聚类分析的模型,并采用地质灾害防治工程投标实例进行了灰色聚类分析计算、验证,得出了投标项目优选决策的结果.通过具体实例分析说明,采用该方法快捷、方便,可以避免施工企业凭主观臆断优选投标项目的盲目性,提高了企业的决策水平.The gray clustering analysis is a scientific theory that can be used in bidding,decision making.It is simple and intuitive than the simple level of analysis and it does not require to analyze a large number of samples.In this paper,we apply the gray clustering method to analyze geological disaster prevention project,and establish a model of the geological disaster prevention engineering using gray clustering method.We also analyze,calculate and verify the geological disaster prevention examples using gray clustering method.We have conducted a good results of bidding the project selection decision.The case studies show that the method is fast,convenient,and can avoid blindness that based on the subjective impression of selection in the construction companies bidding,so as to improve the company＇s decision-making.
