摘　　要：开发了仿真与原型实现相结合的仪表自动化实验系统,介绍了设计思路和硬件软件构成。该系统不仅能进行仿真,而且能在来源于实物原型的数据分析与仿真的基础上,借助实验软、硬件平台对原型对象进行测量与控制。以单容水箱为例,详述了利用MCGS编程测量系统参数、建立仿真数学模型和实现PID控制的方法,并对比分析了仿真运行与原型实现的结果。The instrumentation automation experimental system based on the combination of simulation and prototype realization is developed.This paper introduces the design idea and the structure of hardware and software.This system can not only the simulation,but also do the measurement and control,by means of the experimental software and hardware platform,based on the data of the analysis and simulation from the object prototype.Taking the single volume water tank as an example,this paper describes using the measurement parameter system by MCGS to establish the simulation mathematical model and realize the PID control method,and compare and analyze the results of simulation operation and prototype realization.This system has many advantages,such as the combination of virtuality and reality,the strong functions,the good expandability,the low cost,etc.
