参松养心胶囊辅治心房颤动临床疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊辅治心房颤动的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法纳入心房颤动患者220例,采用数字表法随机分为2组,对照组111例予常规治疗,治疗组109例在对照组基础上口服参松养心胶囊(每次4粒,每天3次)治疗。分别在治疗前与治疗4周后,行免疫比浊法和酶联免疫吸附法检测患者血清高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)浓度,记录2组患者临床症状的变化及血清炎性因子浓度、不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为89.0%(97/109)高于对照组的58.6%(65/111),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α浓度均降低,且治疗组降低更明显(t=7.123、6.181、9.112,P均<0.05)。治疗前治疗组与对照组房颤持续时间分别为(18.75±5.62)h和(17.68±6.05)h,治疗后分别为(10.26±4.58)h和(14.26±5.17)h,治疗后2组房颤持续时间均减少(t=20.572、11.890,P<0.05),且治疗组减少更明显(t=20.572、11.890、8.561,P<0.05)。治疗过程中,治疗组患者未见明显不良反应。结论参松养心胶囊治疗房颤疗效肯定,能明显降低心房颤动患者血清炎性因子。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule for adjuvant treatment of atrial fibrillation and effect on serum inflammatory factor levels.Methods Two hundred and twenty patients with atrial fibrillation were enrolled,according to digital table method,they were randomly divided into 2 groups,111 cases in the control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was 109 cases,based on the conventional treatment,also take Shensongyangxin capsule（4 capsules each lime,3 times a day） treatment.Before and after 4 weeks of treatment,immune turbidimetrv and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect the C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin（IL-6）and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-α） concentration changes,clinical symptoms and serum concentrations of inflammatory factors,adverse reaction of the 2 groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.0%（97/109）,which was higher than 58.6%in the control group（65/111）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,2 groups＇ hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α concentration decreased after treatment,and the treatment group decreased more obviously（t= 7.123,t=6.181,t =9.112,P〈0.05）.The treatment group and the control group＇s atrial fibrillation duration were（18.75 ±5.62） hand（17.68 ±6.05） h,respectively,after treatment were（I0.26±4.58） h and（14.26±5.17） h,respectively,the duration of atrial fibrillation of the 2 groups after treatment were reduced（t= 20.572,t= 11.890.P〈0.05）,and the treatment group were decreased more significantly（t =20.572,t =11.890,t =8.561,P〈0.05）.During the treatment,patients in the treatment group had no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule in the treatment of atrial fibrillation has curative effect,can significantly reduce serum inflammatory factors.
