摘　　要：通过对长三角大气污染防治法规中存在不同程度的差异冲突现象的调研,了解当前大气污染防治区域合作中存在之问题,分析区域大气污染防治法规冲突产生之原因,提出区域立法协调的对策和建议,构建大气污染防治区域协作立法模式与体系,为解决我国雾霾治理难题探索一条新路径。Based on the investigation of conflict phenomenon of different air pollution control regulations in the Yangtze River Delta, this paper discusses the current problems in the prevention of atmospheric pollution in the regional cooperation, analyzes the causes of regional air pollution control regulations conflict, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions in regional legislative coordination and legislation cooperation patterns and systems in regional atmospheric pollution prevention, so as to explore a new path for solving our country＇s haze governance problems.
