摘 要:目的探索康复治疗技术人才培养模式,使高职高专培养的康复治疗技术专业学生能适合社会岗位所需,做好社区康复事业。方法遴选32名康复治疗技术专业生,进行社区康复各项技能培训,教学和实践内容都紧密结合社区康复的特点,改变坐等患者上门求医的方式,让学生走出学校,跨进社区,走进家庭,参与社区医院-家庭康复综合模式的实践,对患者和家庭给予简易康复技术指导,把以"人"为中心的全科医学理念渗透到社区康复的服务中。结束后发放调查表,对收集的数据进行分析。结果 100%的患者满意;93.75%的学生觉得学习收获很大或较大;78.13%的学生掌握社区康复技术;75%的学生掌握家庭资源的评估;100%的学生掌握康复档案的建立;81.25%的学生熟悉医患沟通的技巧;71.88%的学生熟悉康复训练方案的制定。结论在社区职场环境中对康复治疗技术专业学生进行社区康复各项基本技能的培训与实践,把康复治疗技术教育与社区康复紧密结合,既能在社区康复中强化全科医学理念,体现"以家庭为单位"和以"人"为本连续性服务的全科医疗专业特征;又能改变传统康复医学教学模式的单调性,有助于学生在基于行业的情境实践中提高职业适应能力,形成教学做一体化的能力培养体系。Objective To explore the training mode of rehabilitation technical personnel,promote the students from vocational schools to fit the society positions and develop the community rehabilitation enterprise. Methods 32 rehabilitation technology students were enrolled in this study. They received necessary community based rehabilitation( CBR) skills training which closely integrated the content of CBR features. The mode that doctors waited patients at home was changed.The students went out of school and got into communities and family of the patient,participated in the medical practice of community hospitals-family rehabilitation integrated model,provided simple rehabilitation and technical guidance for patients,and bring the concept of taking person as the center of family medicine into community-based rehabilitation services. When the actions were finished,questionnaires were used to collect data which was analyzed by statistical methods.Results 100% of patient were satisfied,93. 75% of the students agreed that they had much gains; 78. 13% of the students had mastered the CBR technology; 75% of the students had mastered the assessment of family resources; 100 percent of students had mastered the establishment of rehabilitation archives; 81. 25% the students were familiar with the doctor-patient communication skills; 71. 88% of the students were familiar with the development of rehabilitation programs. Conclusion The training and practice of necessary CBR skills for rehabilitation technology students in community workplace environment can closely integrate teaching and community rehabilitation,strengthen the concept of general practice of students in the CBR,reflect general medical professional characteristics of"family as a unit "and" person as center"with continual service. The mode will get rid of the monotony of traditional teaching,help students improve their professional adaptive capacity in context practice,and establish an integrated training system including teaching,studying and working.
