自由体位配合长强穴按摩在初产妇第二产程中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨自由体位配合长强穴按摩在初产妇第二产程中的应用及效果。方法：将2013年10～12月63例初产妇作为对照组，将2014年1～4月67例初产妇作分为观察组。观察组初产妇采用自由体位配合长强穴按摩护理，对照组初产妇采用常规方法护理，指导产妇在宫缩时使用腹压，比较两组产妇下肢疼痛、麻木，第二产程时间，产后阴道流血量及阴道分娩和新生儿窒息发生情况。结果：观察组产妇下肢疼痛、麻木发生情况低于对照组（P 〈0．05）。观察组较对照组初产妇的第二产程时间缩短（P 〈0．05），产妇产后2 h 阴道流血量较对照组减少（P 〈0．05）；观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组，新生儿窒息率低于对照组。结论：自由体位配合长强穴按摩能促进第二产程进展，减少产后2 h 阴道出血量，提高阴道分娩率，降低新生儿窒息率。Objective：To study the free position with Changqiang point massage in the application and effect of the second stage of labor of primipara. Meth-ods：The observation group of 67 cases from Jan. - Apr. 2014,63 cases in the control group from Oct. - Dec. 2013. The observation group primipara with free position with Changqiang point massage care,the control group using conventional methods of early maternal care,guidance for maternal use of abdomi-nal pressure in contractions. Comparison of two groups of the second stage of labor time,postpartum vaginal bleeding and vaginal delivery rate and the rate of neonatal asphyxia. Results：The observation group compared at the beginning of the control group parturient woman′s second course of childbirth time to re-duce obviously（P 〈 0. 05）. The parturient woman post - natal 2 h vagina bleeds the quantity to reduce obviously（P 〈 0. 05）. The observation group vagina childbirth rate high and the newborn suffocates rate was low. Conclusion：Free position with Changqiang point massage could improve childbirth effect.
