摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈小组活动对妇科腹腔镜术后发生非切口疼痛的影响。方法:遵循品管圈活动程序,确立"降低妇科腹腔镜手术后非切口疼痛的发生率"为活动主题,进行现状调查、要因分析、拟定对策,运用PDCA循环原则进行对策的实施和效果核查、标准化处置等。结果:实施品管圈活动后,妇科腹腔镜手术后非切口疼痛的发生率从88.52%降至37.17%(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:品管圈小组活动可以有效降低术后非切口疼痛的发生率,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective：To explore the effect of quality control circle（QCC）on the non - wound pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods：We set up a QCC group and established a theme of ＆quot;non - wound pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery＆quot;. We followed the steps of current status investi-gation,main causes analysis,making proposed countermeasures,and countermeasuresimplementation,supervision and standardization according to the PDCA principle. Results：The rate of non - wound pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery declined from 88. 52% to 37. 17%（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：QCC could decrease the incidence of non - wound pain after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,alleviate the suffering of patients,improve the team spirit and management ability.
