摘　　要：目的:探讨准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视的护理。方法:对行准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术手术治疗的45例高度近视患者在围手术期及术中给予合适的护理。结果:围手术期间患者均未出现明显并发症。随访半年,裸眼视力有显著性改善。结论:在术前和术中护理中要加强对患者的心理护理,术后护理中要加强对患者的正确用眼的指导工作。Objective：To explore the nursing experience of high myopia treat with LASEK. Methods：45 cases of high myopia patients with surgery of LASEK were given proper nursing during perioperative period. Results：There was no obvious complication happened during perioperative period,compared with sur-gery before,uncorrected visual acuity ameliorated significantly. Conclusion：Before and during surgery,it should strengthen mental nursing,after surgery,it should strengthen cleaning guidance of the eyeball.
