摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜下荷包钳行直肠癌低位前切除术对直肠癌患者疗效的影响。方法:将我院收治的142例直肠癌患者随机等分为对照组和观察组,其中采用开腹直肠癌根除术设为对照组;采用荷包钳行腹腔镜下直肠癌低位前切除术设为观察组,比较两组疗效。结果:两组患者手术时间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),而出血量、肠道功能恢复与住院时间以及术后镇痛次数等指标,观察组效果明显优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床给予直肠癌患者采用腹腔镜下荷包钳低位前切除术,具微创与恢复快等优点,再结合优质的围术期护理干预,更能有效提升治疗效果,具临床推广价值。Objective：To observe the influence of laparoscopic purse string forceps for low anterior resection for rectal cancer combined with perioperative nursing method to the quality of rectal cancer patients. Methods：142 cases of patients with rectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were treated by open surgery for rectal cancer eradication combined with routine nursing,untile the observa-tion group were treated by purse string forceps for laparoscopic low anterior resection for rectal cancer associated encirclement operation period of high quality nursing. Compared two groups of curative effect and complications. Results：The two groups had no significant difference except the operative time（P 〉 0. 05）,amount of bleeding,intestinal function recovery and hospitalization time and each index of postoperative analgesia effect of number of observation group significantly more ideal（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The patients with rectal cancer with laparoscopic purse string forceps low anterior resection of clinical giv-ing,with minimally invasive and quick recovery,combined with high quality perioperative nursing intervention,can more effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications,the method of deep valuable clinical application.
