两种封管方法在血液透析患者股静脉长期置管中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨尿激酶与普通肝素封管液封管在血液透析患者股静脉长期置管中的应用。方法:随机选取血液透析中心接受治疗的股静脉置管患者46例,随机等分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用肝素封管,观察组采用尿激酶封管。3个月后比较两组患者的血液透析血流量及导管栓塞、感染发生情况。结果:观察组血液透析血流量优于对照组(P<0.05),导管栓塞及感染发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿激酶封管可延长导管的使用寿命,提高导管的血液透析效率与质量,减少了治疗过程中堵管及感染的发生,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective：To explore the use of urokinase and heparin tube closure in two different liquid seal tube application in hemodialysis patients with fem-oral vein of long - term catheter. Methods：Treatment of 46 cases of patients undergoing extraction in hemodialysis center,were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group,the control group used heparin tube sealing,the observation group with urokinase sealing tube. The amount of blood dialysis were compared between the two groups after 3 months. Results：The group of hemodialysis catheter unobstructed,amount of cases observed number was sig-nificantly better than the control group,the number of cases of catheter infection and embolism occur rate were letter than the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Con-clusion：Urokinase sealing pipe can prolong tube service life,improve the efficiency of the hemodialysis catheter and patient′s quality of life.
