口腔修复膜在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的：对比研究组和对照组患者手术后的牙齿修复效果、不良反应发生率和一周后骨厚度、植骨厚度，探讨在牙种植术中，口腔修复膜引导骨再生的临床效果。方法：选取我院需接受牙种植引导骨再生术治疗的患者60侧，依据患者手术中使用的修复膜种类均分为对照组和研究组，对照组使用钛膜引导骨再生，而研究组使用天然双层肢原膜BioGide引导骨再生，记录并对比两组患者的考察指标。结果：相对于对照组，研究组患者种植修复成功率显著且不良反应发生率大幅度降低、治疗一周后引导骨生长自7效果显著，两组之间此三项观察指标的差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：天然双层胶原膜BioGide对牙缺失患者的治疗效果显著，值得在牙种植术中进行推广。Objective： comparative study group and the control group of patients after surgery for dental restoration effect, adverse reaction rate aria a weex rater me none vnekness and bone thickness of dental implantation in the clinical effect of guided bone regeneration in dental film. Methods ： 60 cases of patients Were selected to receive dental implant guided bx ne regeneration treatment, on the basis of biofilm species were used in patients in the study group and the control group, the control group using titanium membrane guided bone regeneration, wlile the study group using natural bilayer collagen membrane guided bone regenemtian of BioGide, the indexes to record and compare two groups of patients. Results： compared with the control grc,up, patients in study group the success rate of implant and the incidence of adverse effect was greatly reduced, bone growth and a week after treatment was significant, the three indexes of the diferences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the therapeutic effect of BioGide on natural bilayer collagen membrane edentulans patients is significant, worthy of promotion in the dental surgery implant.
