肺炎链球菌耐药性及流行性分析

摘  要:目的:了解遵义市第二人民医院2013年入院儿童分离的肺炎链球菌对抗菌药物的敏感性状况,并统计一年中肺炎链球菌感染的高发时间,为临床用药提供指导。方法306株肺炎链球菌分离自本院2013年 1 月到2013年 12月新生儿科及儿科所有痰培养标本,对疑似肺炎链球菌的细菌用 Optochin 筛选,用胆汁溶菌实验进行再鉴定,阳性菌株用k -b 纸片法检测肺炎链球菌的药物敏感性,同时统计每月的小儿痰培养总数和检出的肺炎链球菌的阳性总数。结果共收集到4378例小儿痰培养标本,其中阳性菌株有306株,总阳性率为6.7%。306株肺炎链球菌中对红霉素的耐药率达100%(306/306),对甲氧苄啶的耐药率达91.2%(279/306),对克林霉素的耐药率达99.7%(305/306),对左旋氧氟沙星利奈唑胺、万古霉素、利福平的耐药率达(0%-0.3%)。高发时间段为3-5月和11-12月。结论本院儿童感染肺炎链球菌以冬春季发病率较高,分离的肺炎链球菌对红霉素、甲氧苄啶和克林霉素有较高的耐药性,应规范临床经验性治疗的用药。To analyse and Summarize the Susceptibility results of 306 children infected with Streptococcus pneumoniae,in Second People's Hospital of Zunyi City, In order to guide to use Drug for Clinical, as well as, to count the time of High incidence of pneumococcal infection, in a year. Methods: To Collect all Speeimensof Neanatohigy and Pediatrics , from January 2013 to December 2013,in Second People's Hospital of Zunyi City. The same time ,to Suspect Streptococcus pneumoniae and Filter it in optchin o If it is Positive strains, we will detect the Drug sensitivity of Streptococcus pneumoniae , and Arrange sum of pediatric Sputum cuhure and Streptococcus pneumaniae a month o Results : to Collect 4378 cases of pediatric sputum specimens, there are 306 positive strains, the positive rate was 6. 7%. Resistance rate of ERY is 100% (306/306) in 306 Streptococcus pneumoniae;Reslstanee rate of SXT was 91.2% (279/306) ;Resistance rate of CLI was99.7 % (305/306), Resistance rate of LVX, LNZ, VAN, RIF was (0% -0.3 % ) o High incidence time is from March to May and from November to December's Conclusion:The drug resistance of detached Streptococcus pneumoniae to the ERY,SXT,CLI was serious The disease incidence is high in Spring and winter.
