局部减压在新生儿钙剂外渗护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿静脉输入钙剂外渗后的护理措施。方法对26例静脉输入钙剂外渗的新生儿，随机分两组，治疗组采用局部减压联合喜辽妥外敷；对照组用50％硫酸镁湿敷。结果72小时后总有效率，治疗组100％，对照组61．5％。结论输入钙剂渗出的新生儿，局部减压联合喜辽妥外敷护理，皮肤无红肿、坏死及硬结。Objective Investigate newborn care measures after calcium extravasate from vein. Methods Twenty - six newborns of calcium extravasation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group adopt method that local decompression and dressing up hirudoidicontrol group adopt method that dressing up wet 50% magnesium sulfate. Results After 72 hours, both groups have efficieneythe , The efficiency of the treatment group is 100% , of which the control group was 61.5%. Conclusion The skin of the newborn which have being finded calcium extravasation, partial decompression Hirudoid topical treatments, is not swollen, necrotic and have not scleroma.
