摘　　要：应用技术大学是我国正在建设的一种新型大学,必须立足于创新发展。应用技术大学的创新发展需要围绕这类大学的主要特点进行系统设计,有重点、有步骤地开展,尤其要在人才培养模式、技术研发服务和师资队伍建设方面有所突破。在创新发展过程中,学校应该加强顶层设计与理论创新,建立开放合作的治理结构,做好校内各个层面创新发展工作的协调与配合。University of applied sciences,a new type of university in China,is developing now,which should be based on the innovation. This type of university should be revolved around the main characteristics to design systematically,centering on the crucial points step by step. The reform and breakthrough should be taken in talent training mode,technical service and teaching staff construction. In the process,universities should strengthen their top-level design and theoretical innovation,build open and cooperative governance,and make every level innovation coordinate and harmonious at campus.
