摘 要:抗战时期,节约粮食运动是民众共赴时艰的重要举措,广东节粮工作尤为突出。广东由于资源环境和资源禀赋差异的特殊性,战前粮食自给不足,而拥有漫长海岸线的广东,依赖外地输入粮食又存在困难,节约粮食运动显得尤为迫切与重要。当局采取了多方面切实有力的措施,将节约粮食上升到国家抗日战略资源的高度进行立法规范,运用行政权力强力推行,取得较好的收效。前事不忘后事之师,节约粮食运动至今仍对我们有多方面的启示。Food-saving movement was a significant measure for the masses to get through the times of hardship during the Anti-Japanese War, particularly in Guangdong province. Due to its diverse resources and long coastlines, Guangdong could not supply sufficient food before the war but relied on importing from other provinces, which was urged to campaign the food-saving movement. The local government carried out practical and effective measures in many aspects and attained better effect. They used their authorities to practice the movement basically, and raised the mind of food-saving to the height of national strategy against Japan. With the experience of the movement, food-saving movement still inspires us in various fields nowadays
