摘　　要：对IFLA制(修)订的各类图书馆标准规范进行分类统计,然后分四个阶段梳理这些标准规范的制定和修订情况,通过考察IFLA图书馆标准规范的修订情况和主题变化情况来分析IFLA重点关注的领域。经过统计分析发现,IFLA图书馆标准规范重点关注的领域是编目理论与实践、图书馆服务以及文献保存等。最后总结出这些标准规范具有内容丰富且重点突出、统一性和灵活性相结合、稳定性和动态性相结合三大特点。This article classifies IFLA standards and regulations related to libraries and ana- lyzes their formulation and revision at four stages, which reflects the changes of its subject and its foci. A statistical analysis shows that IFLA mainly focuses on the cataloging theory and practice, library services and literature preservation. At last, this article summaries three characteristic of these standards and regulations, which are rich content with key points, com- bination of unity and flexibility as well as stability and dynamics.
