摘 要:为响应国家"十二五"发展纲要,节约能耗,开发绿色环保型混凝土,二次利用废弃物,即再生骨料。通过正交设计研究不同水胶比、再生粗骨料、粉煤灰、硅灰、聚丙烯纤维掺量等因素在不同水平下对混凝土抗压强度及工作性的影响,对其进行优选组对比试验,确定了混凝土的最优配合比,并进行了抗冻融试验。研究结果表明几种组分复掺达到最佳比例时,混凝土强度和抗冻性显著改善。研究结果为再生骨料的大量应用和进一步研究提供了数据支持。In order to reduce energy consumption,develop green and environment-friendly concrete,and recycle the waste,namely recycled aggregate,in response to the national "Twelfth Five-year"development plan,experiments were conducted to study the optimal mix ratio with recycled coarse aggregate. The effect of different water binder ratio,different amount of recycled coarse aggregate,fly ash,silica fume and polypropylene fiber on the compressive strength and performance of the concrete was studied by orthogonal experiments. According to the results of optimization tests,,the optimal mix ratio was determined and then testified by frost-resistance tests. The test results indicate that when the mixing amount of different materials reaches an optimal ratio,the strength and frost-resistance of the concrete will be greatly improved. This study will provide some statistical support for the broad application and further research of recycled aggregate.
