摘 要:针对分布式光伏发电的快速发展,高渗透率光伏发电对电网的安全稳定运行带来的问题,对分布式光伏和储能联合的拓扑结构、工作原理、恒功率控制、电压/频率控制、直流电压控制算法、控制系统的硬件和软件设计进行了全面研究。为满足光伏/储能系统并网工作模式的要求,同时也满足离网工作模式的要求,采用了光储一体化的拓扑结构,并对系统的拓扑结构参数进行详细的计算。研制了一台50 k W的分布式光伏/储能一体化样机,搭建了多类型储能试验平台对样机的并网充放电、离网带载、并离网切换以及MPPT有效性进行功能测试,详细分析了试验测试数据,给出了稳态和暂态试验波形。研究结果表明,该光伏/储能一体化并网设备功能强大,动态响应快,离网带载能力强,具有很好的推广价值。Aiming at the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic power generation,high- penetration PV on the grid to bring security and stability issues,distributed photovoltaic and energy storage topology,operating principle,constant power control,voltage/frequency control DC voltage control algorithms,the control system hardware and software design were comprehensivly studied. To meet the PV/storage systems off- grid and grid operating mode requirements,the integration of PV/storage topology was used,and the parameters of the system was detail calculated. A distributed 50 k W photovoltaic/storage integrated prototype was developed,a platform for multiple types of storage was builded to test prototype grid charging and discharging,off-grid loading and grid and off-grid switching and MPPT effectiveness function,to detail analysis the experimental test data,and to give the steady and transient state test waveforms.The results indicate that PV/storage integration grid equipment is powerful,fast dynamic response and strong,which have good promotional value.
