摘　　要：肺微瘤型类癌(pulmonary carcinoid tumourlets)和肺隔离症(pulmonary sequestration,PS)均为临床少见疾病,二者合并存在更为罕见。本文报道肺微瘤型类癌合并PS和肺曲霉菌病1例,并结合文献复习,分析肺微瘤型类癌合并PS的临床特征,以提高临床医生对该类疾病的认识。Pulmonary carcinoid tumourlets and pulmonary sequestration are uncommon lung diseases and the complication of both is even rarer. This paper reported a case of pulmonary carcinoid tumourlets combined with pulmonary sequestration and aspergillus, reviewed relevant literatures and analyzed the clinical characteristics of pulmonary carcinoid tumourlets combined with pulmonary sequestration for elevating clinical doctors＇ awareness of this disease.
