摘　　要：文章介绍了盐城港物流发展现状,通过盐城港物流发展的内外部环境分析,借鉴国内外港口物流的发展经验,选择适合盐城港发展的港口物流模式,并制定了相应的发展对策。In this pape r, it introduces logistics development status of Yancheng port. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Yancheng port logistics development, using the experience of development of port logistics at home and abroad, it chooses suitable logistics development mode for Yancheng port, and formulates the corresponding development countermeasure.
