摘　　要：针对一个由供应商、零售商和商业银行组成的供应链金融系统,通过设计供应商的回购策略,考虑保兑仓融资模式下整个供应链金融系统的协调,并计算了商业银行的最优融资利率。In regard to a supply chain financing system composed of a supplier, a retailer and a commercial bank, by introducing buy-back strategy, considered the coordination of the entire supply chain financing system. It analyzed the optimal order quantity of the system, calculated best financing rates of commercial bank under supplier buy-back strategy.
