摘  要:为探明贵州白刺花的遗传背景及其种质资源的开发利用提供理论依据,采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(SDS-PAGE)电泳对采自贵州不同海拔梯度下6个白刺花种群的种子贮藏蛋白,构建6个种群的种子贮藏蛋白指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析。结果表明:6个白刺花种群的种子贮藏蛋白总条带数为22条,分子量在17.97~81.91 kDa,其中多态性条带8条,多态性百分率为36.36%。SDS—PAGE 电泳图可作为白刺花的生化指纹,各种群种子贮藏蛋白电泳图上具有各自的特征带或缺失带。相邻高海拔的白刺花种群间遗传差异相对较小,先聚为一类,与低海拔种群遗传差异较大,最后聚为一类。The fingerprint spectrums of seed storage protein of six S.davidii populations with different elevation were established by SDS-PAGE to probe genetic background of S.davidii and provide the theoretical basis for development and utilization of S.davidii germplasm resources.The results showed that 22 bands of seed storage protein with 17.97~81.91 kDa molecular weight were detected from 6 S.davidii populations,and eight bands are of polymorphism.SDS-PAGE electrophoretogram can be used as the biochemical fingerprint of S.davidii and there are own characteristics bands and deficiency band in seed storage protein electrophoretogram of different S.avidii population.The cluster analysis showed that the genetic difference of adjacent high-altitude S.davidii populations were relatively smaller and there is great genetic difference between S.davidii populations with high altitude and S.davidii populations with low altitude.
