摘 要:为探明锰(Mn)在生菜生长中的作用,采用随机区组试验的方法研究了Mn不同浓度叶面喷施对生菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施一定浓度的Mn可以在一定程度上促进生菜生长,提高其产量和品质。随着Mn喷施浓度的升高,生菜的株高、叶片数和气孔数呈先增加后减小趋势,即低浓度的Mn促进生菜长高,叶片数和气孔数增加,但浓度过高却起抑制作用。生菜的单株重随Mn浓度的增加而增加。叶面喷施Mn可促进叶绿素的合成,在Mn浓度≤30mg/L时,叶绿素含量明显高于对照,但当浓度达40mg/L时,开始显示抑制效应。叶片的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和脯氨酸的含量均随着Mn浓度的升高呈先升高后降低的趋势,但POD活性却随着Mn浓度的升高呈下降趋势。The randomized block design was used to study the effects of foliage spraying Mn on growth and quality of lettuce.The results showed that foliage spraying Mn can promote lettuce growth to some extent and improve its yield and quality.The height,leaf number and stomatal number presents a first increase and then decrease trend with increase of Mn concentration, which indicates that low Mn concentration can promote lettuce height and increase leaf number and stomatal number,but high Mn concentration has the inhibition effect on lettuce growth.Single lettuce weight increases with increase of Mn concentration. Foliage spraying Mn can improve chlorophyll synthesis of lettuce leaves. The chlorophyll content in lettuce leaves is higher than CK obviously when Mn concentration is ≤30 mg/L, but chlorophyll synthesis is inhibited when Mn concentration reaches 40 mg/L.The soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline content in lettuce leaves presents a first rise and then decline trend with increase of Mn concentration,but POD content in lettuce leaves presents a decline trend with increase of Mn concentration.
