摘 要:为实现烟叶全氮含量快速无损检测,及时获取烤烟生长实时信息,以贵州喀斯特山区主栽品种南江3号为研究对象,利用地物高光谱仪采集烟叶高光谱,并测定其全氮含量,采用相关性和逐步回归方程分析全氮含量与原始光谱反射率、光谱反射率一阶微分、高光谱特征变量之间的关系。结果表明:全氮含量高光谱原始反射率的特征波长为702nm(r=—0.587),呈极显著负相关;光谱反射率一阶微分的特征波长为632nm(r=0.812),呈极显著正相关;绿峰与红谷比值Rg/Rr(r=—0.812)的相关系数较高;基于光谱反射率一阶微分的逐步回归方程对烟叶全氮含量的估测效果较好(R2=0.961,p<0.01)。Total nitrogen content of Nanjiang 3 (a tobacco variety)was determined by using the hyperspectral information of Nanjiang 3 collected by the hyper-spectrograph and then relations between total nitrogen content and original spectral reflectance,first order differential of spectral reflectance, hyperspectral characteristics variables were analyzed by correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis to realize rapid and nondestructive testing of total nitrogen content in tobacco and to acquire real-time information of tobacco growth in time.The results showed that the characteristic wavelength of original hyperspectral reflectance to total nitrogen and first order differential of spectral reflectance is 702nm (r= -0.587)and 632nm(r=0.812)respectively,which indicates that there is a very significant negative correlation between original spectral reflectance and total nitrogen content and a very significant positive correlation between first order differential of spectral reflectance and total nitrogen content.The correlation coefficient between total nitrogen and ratio of green peaks and red valleys Rg/Rr is -0.812.In conclusion,the stepwise regression equation based on spectral reflectance-first order differential is of the good estimation effect for total nitrogen content in tobacco leaves.
