摘 要:为获得具有耐盐碱特性的优良菌株用于盐碱土壤的生物改良剂,利用选择性培养基对盐生植物碱蓬和柽柳根际土壤中的耐盐微生物进行了筛选,并对优良菌株的耐盐碱特性进行了研究。结果表明:共计筛选出耐盐碱微生物26株,其中有耐盐力较高的菌株13株,耐碱力较高的菌株18株,耐盐碱力较强的菌株3株(X2、X7和X12);X7菌株的降盐效果优于X2和X12,降盐率达45.42%,X2、X7和X12菌株的降碱效果无差异,均为16%左右。经鉴定,X7菌株为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus),X2和X12菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。The saline and alkaline tolerance of good strains isolated from microorganisms with saline tolerance around rhizosphere soil of Suaeda salsa and Tamarix chinensis was studied on selective media to obtain good strains with saline and alkaline tolerance and to develop biological amendments for saline-alkali soil.The results showed that 26 strains with saline and alkaline tolerance are screened and 13 strains with high saline tolerance,18 strains with high alkaline tolerance and 3 strains (X2,X7 and X12)with high saline and alkaline tolerance are identified.The saline reduction effect of X7 strain with 45.42% of saline reduction is better than X2 and X12 strains,and the alkaline reduction rate of X2,X7 and X12 strains is about 16%.X7 strain is identified as Bacillus pumilus but X2 and X12 strains are identified as Bacillus subtilis .
