摘　　要：针对我国城市共同配送目前存在的问题,通过对典型物流企业创新性物流运营模式的分析,强调我国城市公共配送不仅要重视配送网络的优化,同时应从管理的角度深入掌握物流市场运作的规律,在物流市场需求充足的基础上,结合现代信息技术,建立第四方物流平台与电商快递物流网络相结合的城市共同配送系统的思路,并提出了实施建议。In this paper, in view of the problems existing in the urban joint distribution systems in China, and through an analysis of the innovative logistics operational mode of a typical logistics enterprise, we pointed out that the urban joint distribution systems in China should not only stress the optimization of the distribution networks, but also fit the pattern of the logistics market from a management angle and that the urban joint distribution systems should combine a fourth-party logistics platform and e-business logistics network, for which we gave some practical suggestions.
