摘　　要：在分析电网物资管理现状的基础上,结合供应链管理理论,从内涵结构、地位作用、需求原则、过程步骤、绩效评价等方面对如何构建电网物资供应链体系进行初步探讨,以期为电网企业物资供应链的建立提供一定的借鉴。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current status of the management of the power grid materials and in connection with the supply chain management theory, we discussed tentatively how to build the supply chain system of the power grid materials on the aspects of connotation, structure, function, demand principle, process and performance evaluation.
