摘　　要：首先从汽车逆向物流的流程入手,分析了汽车企业逆向物流系统的构成。而后对汽车企业逆向物流系统的节点选择进行建模和实例分析。最后提出了汽车企业逆向物流系统构建和运行的策略。In this paper, starting from the process of the automobile reverse logistics, we analyzed the composition of the reverse logistics system of the automobile enterprise, then modeled and analyzed empirically the nodal selection of the system, and at the end, proposed the strategy for the establishment and operation of the system.
