摘 要:为研究不同光照强度对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、养分代谢、屠宰性能及肉品质的影响。试验选用480只0日龄健康岭南黄羽肉鸡(公雏),采用单因子完全随机设计,随机分为4组,实施4种光照强度,分别为1、5、20、80 lx,每组8个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期63 d。结果表明,不同光照强度对岭南黄羽肉鸡的所有性能均未产生显著影响(P>0.05)。从而可以认为,黄羽肉鸡在弱光照条件下即能获得与强光照条件相同的性能,从而节约成本,提高经济效益。A total of 480 0-day-old male Lingnan yellow feathered broilers were used to investigate the effect of different lighting intensity on growth performance,metabolism,carcass traits and meat quality of yellow feathered broilers.A single factor design was used and the chicks were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with each treatment having 8 replicates of 15 each. Four different lighting intensities were 1,5,20 and 80 lx respectively. The experiment lasted 63 d ays. There were no effect of lighting intensity on all parameters(P〉0.05). The results showed that the yellow feathered broilers can get the similar performance in low and high lighting intensity environments. And the costcan be saved in low lighting intensity environment.
