摘　　要：通过对1999—2013年中国地质调查局系统28家机构专利情况的统计,从专利申请量与授权量、申请专利的主要技术领域分布、专利类型、专利申请主体、申请专利法律状态、专利维持率和存活期等方面进行了专利成果特征分析,从中发现了局属单位专利成果管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应建议。Based on the patent data of CGS＇28 agencies in 1990-2013, this report analyzed the achievements features from the aspects of the patent applications and grants, the main technical areas of the distribution of patent application, the type of patents, patent applications subject, the legal status of patents, patent maintenance rate and survival. Some problems were found from the achievements management of CGS＇ agencies and counter suggestions were offered.
