摘　　要：既存建筑的开发再利用是对既存建筑自身最好的保护,是节约建设成本和社会成本的重要途径,也是城市更新不可或缺的基本单位。基于现阶段住宅私有特点和学校财力有限的现状,论文对山东科技大学的既存住宅按照类别划分提出相应的更新改造建议,供实践时思考采纳。The development of the existing building reuse is the best protection for the existing building itself, it is an important way of saving construction cost and social cost, also is the basic unit of urban renewal.Based on the present private residential and situation of school＇ s limited financy. This article put forward some corresponding suggestions for our existing residential upgrading according to the classification and this can be adopted for practise.
