摘  要:针对Φ2 m缩尺TBM试验台的功能要求设计试验台的推进系统,包括机械结构和液压系统的设计。概述试验台整体结构及其工作参数;简述推进系统机械结构设计的思想和缩尺TBM推进工作过程各部件的受力及运动,详细说明推进液压系统的功能特点、工作原理和关键元件选型;对推进系统机械结构的关键受力部件进行受力仿真分析,对推进系统的液压系统进行AMES im初步建模仿真分析。仿真结果表明:所设计的TBM试验台推进系统是可靠的,推进工况中系统的机械结构的强度足够,液压系统中的推进液压缸压力、速度稳定可控且符合试验要求。In view of functional requirements for a Φ2 m size-reduced test stand TBM a propelling system was designed there-for,which includes a mechanical assembly and a hydraulic system.What to follow includes brief description of the test bench in general assembly and the data,how the TBM'S propelling system was designed and how the components were stressed while operating,with details for the hydraulic system,working principles,and critical components so chosen.Finally,simulated analyses were done of stressed components in the mechanical system,and in the hydraulic system with an AMESim initial model.The simulation results showed that such a TBM test bench was reliable and strength of the mechanical assembly in the propelling system was sufficient,so was the hydraulic system in terms of driving force,speed stability,and controllability.
