义乌地区女性生殖道HPV感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解义乌地区女性宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况、基因分型及年龄分布特点。方法采用PCR-流式荧光杂交法对10 823例女性进行26种HPV基因亚型检测(含19种高危亚型和7种低危亚型),并对结果进行统计分析。结果 10 823例女性中HPV感染者1 548例,整体感染率为14.30%,其中单一基因型感染1 239例,感染率为11.45%;双重感染252例,感染率为2.33%;三重以上感染57例,感染率为0.53%。共检测到1 939株病毒株(重叠感染309例),25种基因型,其中高危亚型1 645株(84.84%),低危亚型294株(15.16%)。感染率居前5位的高危型依次是HPV16(2.71%)、HPV52(2.46%)、HPV58(1.79%)、HPV18(0.94%)及HPV39(0.84%),低危型主要为HPV61(1.04%)。所有研究对象中≤20岁的女性感染率最高,为22.3%。结论义乌地区女性HPV感染的基因型分布较广,感染的主要型别为HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV18、HPV39、HPV61,具有一定的地方性差异,≤20岁的女性为感染的高峰人群,感染有年轻化的趋势。Objective To understand the infection,genotype and age distribution of human papilloma virus（ HPV） in females in Yiwu area rate. Methods A total of 10 823 females were checked for 26 kinds of HPV genotype with PCR-dot blot hybridization technique（ containing 19 types of high risk subtypes and 7 low risk subtypes）,and the results were analyzed with statistical software. Results Among the 10 823 females there were 1 548 women infected with HPV with the overrall infection rate of14. 30%,among which there were 1 239 cases single genotype infection with the infection rate of 11. 45%,252 cases double infection with the infection of 11. 45%,57 cases triple infection with the infection rate of 0. 53%. There were 1 939 strains（ overlapping infection in 309 cases） and 25 genotypes,including 1 645（ 84. 84%） cases of high risk HPV infection and 294（15. 16%） cases of low risk HPV infection. The infection with high risk ranking of top five were followed by HPV16（2. 71%）,HPV52（2. 46%）,HPV58（1. 79%）,HPV18（0. 94%） and HPV39（0. 84%）,mainly low risk type with HPV61（ 1. 04%）.The highest rate of all of the subjects was in females 20 years old with the infection rate of 22. 3%. Conclusion The genotypes of HPV infection were relatively widely distributed among the females in Yiwu,the main type of infection for the HPV16,HPV52,HPV58,HPV18,HPV39,HPV61,with some local differences,≤20 years old female population peak for infection,and infected at a younger age trend.
