摘 要:目的了解新余市流感的流行规律,病毒型别及其活动水平,为流感监测预警提供科学依据。方法对流感监测哨点医院采集的流感样病例(ILI)的咽拭子标本进行流感核酸荧光RT-PCR检测,将检测阳性的标本接种于犬肾传代细胞(MDCK)进行病毒分离和鉴定,采用统计学方法分析结果。结果荧光RT-PCR阳性率、病毒分离阳性率在2012年分别是13.7%、16.9%,2013年分别是5.3%、51.9%;流感主要型别在2012年是B和季H3,在2013年是新H1和季H3;荧光RT-PCR阳性率在不同年龄组差异有统计学意义,但在不同性别、地区差异无统计学意义。结论新余市流感主要集中在每年冬、春季节;优势型别在A型、B型、A的亚型新H1、季H3之间转换;在不同年龄ILC中,中小学生和青壮年的流感阳性率最高。Objective To understand the disease trend,virus types and level of influenza in Xinyu from 2012 to 2013 and provide scientific information for the surveillance and early warning of influenza. Methods Specimens of throat swabs from influenza-like cases( ILI) in sentinel hospital were detected by fluorescent RT-PCR( Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction),and the positive samples were conducted by virus isolation using MDCK cell,then the results and data were analysed by statistics. Results In 2012 the positive rates of fluorescent RT-PCR and virus isolation were 13. 7% and 16. 9% respectively,and the predominant virus types were B and seasonal A / H3,while those in 2013 were 5. 3% and 51. 9% respectively,the predominant types were pandemic( H1N1) 2009 and seasonal A / H3. χ2-test showed that there was statistical significance on the difference in their positive rates of fluorescent RT-PCR in different age groups but no between genders nor in regions.Conclusion The epidemical peak seasons of influenza in Xinyu were winter and spring. The predominant virus types or subtypes alternated between A and B,and between pandemic( H1N1) 2009 and seasonal A / H3. In all ILCs,the positive rates of influenza from the two age groups of elementary and middle school students and young adults were highest.
