雅安市2006年-2014年风疹血清IgM抗体分析

摘　　要：目的了解雅安市风疹疫情动态和流行特点,为消除麻疹控制风疹提供科学依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对2006年1月-2014年6月疑似病例进行麻疹Ig M抗体和风疹Ig M抗体检测。结果共检测疑似病例458份,其中风疹阳性25份,阳性率为5.5%,2006年、2008年、2010年、2013年无风疹病例,2007年、2009年、2011年、2012年的风疹阳性率分别为5.9%、4.0%、21.1%、6.1%。风疹发病呈散发状态,时间主要集中在4月-6月,地区主要集中在天全县、宝兴县和石棉县。男性疑似病例265例,有11例阳性,阳性率为4.2%;女性疑似病例193例,有14例阳性,阳性率为7.3%,男女性别间阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.526,0.10<P<0.25))。结论风疹控制工作仍需加强,重点是给儿童、青春期少女或育龄妇女接种风疹疫苗,并加强风疹监测工作。Objective To investigate the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of rubella outbreak,so as to provide scientific bases for the goal to eliminate measles and to control rubella. Methods The serum specimens of suspected measles and rubella in Ya＇an from January 2006 to June 2014 were detected with ELISA for Ig M antibody detection of rubella and measles. Results A total of 458 serum specimens were detected,among which the positive copies of rubella Ig M antibody were 25,and positive rate was 5. 5%,there was no rubella in 2006,2008,2010 and 2013,and the positive rate of rubella in 2007,2009,2011 and 2012 was 5. 9%,4%,21. 1% and 6. 1%. Rubella was sporadic state,and rubella case mostly focused from April to June mainly in Tianquan,Baoxin and Shimian area. There were 265 serum specimens of man,among whom the positive copies of rubella Ig M antibody were 11 with positive rate of 4. 2%,there were 193 serum specimens of women,the positive copies of rubella Ig M antibody were 14 with positive rate of 7. 3%. The differences between man and women in positive rate was not statistically significant（ χ2= 1. 526,0. 10 P〈0. 25）. Conclusion In the control of rubella,children,adolescent girls or fertile women should be vaccinated rubella vaccination,and monitoring of rubella should be strengthened.
