急性呼吸窘迫综合征死亡率影响因素的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)相关因素对患者死亡率的影响。方法对198例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者进行回顾性分析,评价其性别、年龄以及实验室检查结果对患者死亡率的影响。结果年龄、急性生理学与慢性健康状况评分系统Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)、Pa O2/Fi O2、酸中毒、低血压和脓毒症是ARDS预后的预测因素(P<0.05)。结论 ARDS治疗的关键在于对器官功能的保护,积极的抗感染治疗和内环境稳定的维持。Objective This article aimed to compare the effect of related factors on mortality of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods We chose 198 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome to participate this study, we evaluated the effect of sex, age and laboratory examination on mortality.Results Age, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation （ APACHEⅡ） score, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （ MODS） , PaO2/FiO2 , acidosis, hypotension and sepsis were individual predictors of mortality in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome （P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The key therapy for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome was protection of the organ function,anti-infective therapy and homeostatic sustaining.
