刮痧排毒治疗失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察壮医刮痧排毒疗法治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法 :66例失眠患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用壮医刮痧排毒疗法加艾司唑仑片治疗,对照组单纯服用艾司唑仑片。两组均治疗20 d。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数表(PSQI)问卷作为评定工具,分别在治疗前、治疗后20 d进行疗效评价。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组痊愈率54.5%,总有效率93.9%,对照组痊愈率15.2%,总有效率45.5%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);PSQI组内比较,治疗组治疗后PSQI各因子及总分比较差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组除日间功能项无统计学差异(P>0.05)外,其余各项均有统计学差异(P<0.01或<0.05);PSQI组间比较,治疗组除睡眠效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项积分均较对照组明显或显著降低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)或<0.05)。结论:刮痧排毒疗法加艾司唑仑片治疗失眠临床疗效优于单纯服用艾司唑仑片,可有效改善失眠患者的睡眠质量。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of scraping and detoxification of Zhuang Medicine on treating insomnia. Methods：66 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in treatment group were treated with scraping and detoxification therapy and estazolam tablets. Patients in control group only treated with estazolam tablets. The treatments of the two groups lasted20 days. 10 days before treatment and after the treatment,evaluated the curative effect by Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） questionnaire. Result：The curative rate and total effective rate of treatment group were54.5% and 93.9%. The curative rate and total effective rate of control group were 15.2% and 45.5%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. For the intra-group comparison of PSQI,in treatment group,the score of every factor and the total score after treatment were significantly different from that before treatment（P〈0.01）;in control group,except for the daytime function（P〉 0.05）,all other factors had statistical significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. For the comparison of PSQI between the two groups,except for the sleep efficiency（P〉 0.05）,all scores of the factors of treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The curative effect of scraping and detoxification therapy combined with estazolam tablets on insomnia was better than that of estazolam tablets.It can improve the sleep quality of the patients.
