摘　　要：文章认为在形而上的意义上,权力具有整合和协调功能,双重功能反映了权力社会性和公共性的内在机制,决定了权力必须接受监督,进而规定了规范权力、保障权利的监督目的。In the metaphysical sense,the power has the function of integration and coordination,especially the power of state.This duel function has given power the internal mechanism of sociality and publicity,decided the fate of power to be supervised,thus stipulated the aim of power supervision to specify power operation and protect right.
