摘 要:目的探讨血尿酸水平和急性脑梗死(CI)的相关性。方法选择2010年6月至2012年6月收治的245例急性CI患者作为观察组,随机抽取同期非CI患者230例作为对照组。比较两组的血尿酸水平及高尿酸血症的发病率;另外对观察组CI患者以血尿酸水平分为高尿酸血症组和血尿酸正常组,比较分析两组患者年龄、性别、血压、体质量指数等指标。结果观察组血尿酸水平、高尿酸血症发病率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);高血尿酸症组和尿酸正常组患者年龄、性别、血压以及高或低密度脂蛋白水平差异未见统计学意义(P〉0.05),而空腹血糖、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、体质量指数比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),高血尿酸症患者伴有糖尿病、肥胖、高脂血症比例较尿酸正常患者高(P〈0.05);高血尿酸症组患者在CI发生时及治疗21d时神经损害比正常尿酸组严重,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论血尿酸与急性脑梗死存在相关性,其与脑梗死的严重程度呈正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation of serum uric acid level with acute cerebral infarction(CI). Methods From June 2010 to June 2012, 245 patients with acute CI were selected as observation group, and 230 patients without CI were randomly selected as control group. The blood uric acid levels and the incidence of hyperuricemia of the two groups were compared. The CI patients in ob- servation group were subdivided into hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid group. The patients' age, sex, blood pressure, BMI of the two groups were compared. Results The serum uric acid level and the incidence of hyperuricemia in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). There was no significant differences in the pa- tients' age, sex, blood pressure, high or low density lipoprotein level between hyperuricemia group and normal uric acid group ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; but the fasting blood glucose, TC, TG and BMI in hyperuricemia group were higher than that in normal uric acid group( P 〈 0.01 ), hyperlipidemia patients with diabetes,obesity, hyperlipidemia were more than normal uric acid patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the patients' neural damage in CI occurring and 21 days after treatment of hyperlipidemia group were more than that of normal uric acid group, and the differences were significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions Blood uric acid is positively correlated with the severity of acute cerebral infarction.
