“醒脑开窍”针刺法治疗缺血性脑卒中实验研究进展

摘　　要：石学敏院士根据中医理论,结合现代医学对中风病的认识,创立醒脑开窍针刺法,从临床到基础反复实验研究表明,"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗缺血性脑卒中具有显著的改善作用。近年来,"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗脑卒中的实验研究从细胞、亚细胞水平逐步深入到分子水平,对近10年来"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗缺血性脑卒中实验研究文献进行了总结,以期探讨"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗缺血性中风的机制,从而为临床研究提供思路与方法。According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the understanding of modern medicine for apoplexy, Shi Xuemin, the academician of China engineering academy, founded the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation. The clinical and basic experimental studies indicated that the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation had a significant role in the treatment of ischemic stroke. In recent years, the experimental researches on the acupuncture method of consciousness-restoring resuscitation have been gradually deep into molecular level. This article reviews experimental research progress on literatures of ischemic stroke treated by acupuncture method of consciousnessrestoring resuscitation in recent 10 years. To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture method of consciousnessrestoring resuscitation for treatment of ischemic stroke can provide ideas and methods for clinical study.
