从非农产业结构看我国农业和农村的经济结构调整

摘　　要：当前我国农业和农村经济发展到一个新阶段 ,农产品出现结构性过剩 ,农村积淀的大量劳动力亟待转移 ,农民收入增加受阻。解决这些问题 ,必须对农业和农村经济结构进行战略性调整。本文旨在跳出农业的圈子 ,从非农产业结构的视角 ,提出我国当前进行农业和农村经济结构调整的必要性和调整方向 ,其中重点分析了农村产业结构偏差 ,最后对我国农村产业结构调整的效应作了理论匡算。At present, Chinese agricultural and rural economy develops to a new period, during which the supply of agricultural products appear surplus, and transference of labor faces difficulty, and the growth rate of farmer's incomes decreases. Consequently, we must adjust the agricultural and rural economical structure strategically. Out of the field of agriculture, the article points out the necessary and direction of structural adjustment from the angle of non－ agricultural industry, meanwhile, the article studies the differences between the output structure and the employment structure. In the end, the article calculates the efficiency of structural adjustment.
