摘　　要：病毒性脑炎(VE)是主要由病毒诱发的中枢神经系统感染性疾病。对于儿童,在临床表现上轻重不一致,往往与患儿机体免疫力、脑损伤程度及病毒类型的差异性等有关,对脑脊液进行病原检验是有效确诊VE的标准。我国VE检验在临床实验室条件下,主要从头颅影像学、脑脊液检查、脑电图等综合分析中获取诊断依据,并对患儿进行对症治疗。Viral encephalitis is a central nervous system infectious disease caused by virus. The clinical manifestations of children were differ,which were related to the immunity,the degree of brain injury and the type of virus. The effective diagnostic criteria of viral encephalitis was to detect the pathogens in cerebrospinal fluid. The test for viral encephalitis in our laboratory,mainly used MRI,cerebrospinal fluid examination and EEG for diagnosis and treatment.
