摘　　要：农业银行总行党委为积极适应金融新常态,把握工作主动权,适时提出了加强基层行党组织建设的指导意见。本文通过业务经营、廉政建设等多方面,阐述了如何做好基层党建工作。ABC Party Committee actively adapt to the new financial normal, grasps the work initiative, timely put forward to the guidance of strengthening the construction of Party Organizations at the primary level. Through many aspects, such as business management, integrity construction, this article expounds how to improve Party Construction Work of primary level.
