摘　　要：本文以北京高校在校留学生为调查对象,主要通过调查问卷的形式,并辅之以"留学北京"的征文,对北京高校的700余名外国留学生进行问卷调查,分析了留学生文化适应的特点及其存在的问题,探讨了影响留学生文化适应性的因素,并针对留学生文化适应过程中的问题提出建议,帮助来华留学生提高跨文化适应能力,为中国的留学生教育与管理提供参考。By questionnaire survey of more than 700 foreign students in universities of Beijing and the assisted Essay Competition themed ＂Foreign Students in Beijing＂,This paper explores the acculturation problems of foreign students in universities across Beijing,analyzes the main characteristics of foreign students＇ cross- cultural compatibilities and the influential factors,tries to make suggestions on how to improve the foreign students＇ compatibilities during their cross- cultural adaptive process,for reference when we educate and administrate foreign students.
