摘 要:以300 MW富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉为研究对象,建立其仿真模型。针对BMCR工况,分别进行了不同漏风系数下的静态仿真实验,得出不同漏风系数下富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉参数的变化规律。结果表明:锅炉机组的漏风,导致烟气中三原子气体浓度和发射率、壁面吸收比、炉膛平均烟温、辐射传热系数、辐射换热量和锅炉蒸发量均成下降趋势,而各过热器出口工质温度升高,且漏风系数越大时,各个参数变化幅度越明显,变化趋势合理,可为富氧煤粉锅炉的控制和机组运行提供参考。Taking a 300 MW oxy-fuel fired boiler as an objection of study,its simulation model was established. For the BMCR condition,static simulation tests of different air leakage coefficient were carried out,and the changes of parameters were obtained. Results show that,because of air leakage,radiating gas concentration and emissivity,absorptivity,the average furnace flue gas temperature,radiation heat transfer coefficient,radiation heat flux and main steam flow rate present a declining trend,while the working fluid temperature of superheater increases,as air leakage coefficient increases,the various parameters change in the magnitude becomes more obvious. So it can provide reference for the control system design and unit operation of the oxy-fuel fired boiler.
