摘  要:本文首先通过麦克斯韦方程推导出电容传感器检测的理论基础,以及采用Comsol Multiphysics软件仿真电容传感器物理性质的方法。从而辨别出封闭圆柱体内介电物质的形状及位置。在此基础之上,本文还对比分析了封闭圆柱体内放入不同介电常数物质检测出的电容值。验证了Comsol Multiphysics仿真电容传感器的有效性。也证明了此软件是学习工程电磁场过程中很好的辅助工具。Using Maxwell's equations derives the theoretical basis of detection with capacitance sensor in this paper and introducing a kind simulation method of capacitance sensor identifies dielectric material shape,position and its physical in the closed cylinder by Comsol Multiphysics software. Then,conducting simulation is based on the soft-ware and identifies the shape and location of the dielectric material in the closed cylinder. On this basis,contrast a-nalysis of the capacitance value fills different dielectric constant material in cylinder. Verifying the Comsol Mul-tiphysics simulation is effective to the capacitance sensor. And proving the soft is a well auxiliary tool to learn engi-neering electromagnetic field.
